Ahead of the Weather:

  • 1.5oz 44º North Mountain Huckleberry Vodka
  • 2.5oz Herb Cordial*
  • Muddled Sage Leaves
  • .25oz Lillet
  • .5oz Ciociaro
  • .5oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 Dashes Amargo Bitters
  • Strain over Ice
  • Garnish with Sage Leaf

The initial sip is very rich in flavor, pulling in floral notes from the sage leaves, and huckleberry vodka. The boldness eventually folds into wafts of sweet and bitter notes with just a hint of Ciociaro. The fruity, bitter, and sweet flavors fizzle into citrusy, tart notes and then explode into a rich, full-bodied finish, making this drink the epitome of balance – perfect for sipping on a patio outside during a warm summer night.
