Sometimes the simplest variations to classic cocktails turn out to be the best. Adding black pepper simple syrup into the Spring’s Alibi balances out the sweet flavors of the lime juice and neutralizes the acidity of the Grapefruit, making for the perfect combination. The Magic Valley Winter Wheat Vodka is wonderfully rounded while the lime juice offers a tart hint that pops through the bold flavors – it’s hard to tell where one flavor ends and the other begins, a sign that a great cocktail is working its magic.
